How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and will be shown at checkout
How should I care for my garment?
To keep your garment in the best condition, I recommend washing on a cold/low cycle and air drying.
What do i do if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item so I can try and assist you.
If your package is lost please contact the shippng carrier as I have no control over the shipping and the ay the packae is handled
Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How are they made?
All items are designed and sewed by me. Im a one person business and i do everything from designing and making the products, sewing packing and lastly shipping out your packages so please allow me time to do all these things if ordering a custom!!!
